Tis a bit general alright
Bog ballers are two yards further out and hitting it into narrower goals mate.
Shooting against failed football keepers.
A failed keeper, the ignominy!
No they arenāt.
A Gaelic football penalty is taken from the exact same distance as an association football penalty - 11 metres.
Penalties in Gaelic football have a very low conversation rate in my experience.
Ball does not travel as fast ass soccer, goals are smaller etc
Player/coach could be thinking in that moment that their side was on top and had confidence they would drive on and win.
I really feel you donāt understand the game from a playing or coaching POV at all.
Have you ever been involved with a team? A selector or anything???
If not you should. Itās enjoyable and you get a new perspective.
As a gambler that should help
78% are goals
Itās about 75% in most major soccer leagues.
Seriously?
Where did you find that?
Interesting.
So gah players are away better so all things considered.
We did have alot of flaky cunts though.
Still shocked at that number
As far as I know Naomhan Rossiter was the designated penalty taker so was obviously a call from the line to take a point
That Rob Carroll chap.
Soccer stats are here (EPL is a bit higher actually).
I think you need to consider the relative goalkeeping abilities too. It may be inferior goalkeeping as opposed to better shooting.
More absolute bollocks
Youāre having to do a lot of defending hereā¦
Weāre discussing penalty taking mate.
I donāt think thatās true, they have a pretty high conversation rate, but controversial non-penalties have an even higher conversation rate.
Whats the tv match schedule looking like today chaps
Most gaelic football games have nobody at them either, so a lot less crowd pressure on them
Dublin KK at 2, Mayo Galway at 4. Both RTE
Thatās inter county though (which I know is what is being talked about)
I would be more used to lower level obviously
And good point on keeping. No doubt about that
Iām hearing Cian Hanley is on the Mayo bench today.
