Spieth double bogeys as well.

C’mon Langer.

Is he the fella with the flagpole golf stick I saw earlier?

Smylie Kaufman’s brother is called Luckie

I’d love to see the Jap win this and bring up the subject of Hiroshima in the Butler Cabin.

Sergio +8 today proving leopards dont change spots in this sport/hobby/pastime

Lee Westwood lurking on +1 in the clubhouse.

It’d be amazing to see the Worksop man win it in tribute to the fallen Sherwood Foresters.

Mr Payne wouldn’t stand for that sort of carry on.

Or he could say “I hit those balls onto the greens with the same precision as my grandfather flew his Zero onto the landing deck of one of your aircraft carriers.”

My all time favourite Bulter Cabin moment - the sour puss on Eldrick as he gets ready to put the green jacket on all round good guy Phil. Mr Johnson overseeing proceedings.

It’s great that they’ve since included the top amateur in the Butler Cabin interviews. Jim Nantz always has a few condescending words with some geeky youngster who’s finished on around +7 before turning his attention to the champion.

I’m surprised that Nantz was ever allowed back into the Butler Cabin by Mr Payne after his marital indiscretions. I doubt it would have happened on Mr Johnson or Mr Roberts watch.

Has @anon25556527 left already?

The velvet voice of the doyen of golf commentary and the lush green of Augusta truly are a blend made in heaven.

Spieth wisely taking a leaf out of the Chip Beck school of laying up.
