Poch vs pep
TT vs Zidane

Either final line up is special

Real Madrid have a sense of identity.

The rest donā€™t

Did Real Madrid not win the final 4 years ago on a score of 4-1 and 3 years on a score of 3-1?

When they were at the peak you were claiming they were at 5 years ago, they drew 1-1 in the final. Got the Cup that year in the lottery after a drawn final.

I actually got my years mixed up, they are only 4 years past their best

I know about real madrid but not the rest.

Man City were drawing near on 35k when in the 3rd tier of English soccer. They have a wonderful tradition

Iā€™d say the quality was very good around 2005-2009. 4 strong English teams, Milan, Barca, Juve, Inter, Real had a good team on paper (not so much on the pitch).

An awful shame what was left happen there.

Did they do that on one occasion? Definitely not anything near that regularly

They also have the great Zidane. Game set and match

Are you an expert on lower league average attendance?

Sidney had a great theory on Zidane a few years ago.

Nobody else could do what heā€™s done at Madrid, yet Zidane wouldnā€™t have a clue what to do at any other club.

England have some brilliant young players. Southgate will probably cost them, along with weakness in a couple of positions. Foden, Bellingham and these lads are different to the usual mullocker types produced there.

Iā€™d have said they were in the category just below the tradition of the likes of Everton, Newcastle, Villa and Leeds before the oil money arrived.

Sancho, mason mount. Theyā€™re overflowing.
