There’s one particular poster on this forum who would very much bear out the theory of there being an undercurrent of irrational hatred against Dublin people, especially Northsiders.

I’d have to look for it but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen at least one “hilarious” justification of Jonny Cooper’s stabbing here. “Heroin addicts” is de rigeur.

There are very few inter County players that are scum bags, purely because it wouldn’t be tolerated in a panel of players if they thought it would adversely affect them in the long run. They’d all have redeeming qualities and features that enable the group to function, especially on successful teams.

Load of bollocks, sure most teams use the league to blood new players and manage the minutes of their championship starters, of course games are going to be closer than in a knock out competition.
