2022 FIFA World Cup (Part 1)

I genuinely have no idea who that is but I take your flippancy to mean you’re a media character of some sort

To be clear, I know @Malarkey is some fat headed roaster who makes ridiculous lies up on the internet. No clue who Vincent Hogan is

It’s day 14 of the World Cup. Today Gianni Infantino feels like dancing on the ceiling.

Oh oh what a feeling…

What are the permutations for tonight’s matches?

I cant warm to this Brazilian team. I cant stand neymar. The thoughts of him winning a WC ahead of messi or Ronaldo would be terrible. Yes worse players have won it no doubt but his a gobshite. Id only shout for brazil if they were playing England. Im backing Holland here on in.

Youre very giddy today buddy. Have you signed into the giddy thread?

Rotten bunch. Gabriel Jesus one of the few likeable sort there and sure he always has a sour puss of a face on him.

Not a classic Brazil team. Its hard to pick a winner at this stage. Unfortunately i think england have a shot here

Theyve Harry Maguire at centre half and criminally understaff their attack. Trust the process.

Think whoever wins it out will be one of the worst teams ever to win a world cup. I’m sure some lads here who know infinitely more than me could come up with a list of bad teams who won a world cup. @Cheasty @Aristotle

I dunno mate. France have looked pretty good and are trying to play attractive passing football all the time. Spain try to pass and go forward all the time too but are a bit toothless. The team i havent seen much of is the netherlands. Looking forward to them

France with a full squad would be even money. Kante and Benzema huge losses and as much as he hasn’t done a tap in years for a club, Pogba looks a different man in the blue. Still think they’re the most likely winners, especially with Mbappe looking like he’s in the mood. Spain lack a few match winners I think.

Do we know is pulisic out today?

I was very wary of Serbia being hyped up as a darkhorse from the get go. This is the same group who lost to Scotland in a play-off for the Euros two years ago. *4 or 5 brilliant players but not as good as the likes of @Perez2017 were suggesting.

*Vlahovic, Tadic, Mitrovic and Sergej Milinkovic Savic.

Pavlovic is an excellent center back.
