Dougie would go well in Love Island.
Just after the goal, before the leap to the heavens. Iâd love to know what happened here. I presume me man tried to block a potential run and leap and got softened, which is a-ok, thats the game.

There is absolutely NO excuse for kicking the balls long to that side of the field however.
Masses of space on the keeperâs left hand side, but his head was probably fried after his antics for the goal
He managed to land a fair share of his kickouts down on top of glass for the whole game. Between that and his wandering for the killer goal his âstatsâ make grim reading Iâd say.
I wouldnt mind, but he had done the right thing. Given the taker an option, he was marked by Glass, and turned and went back to goal. But he had a change of mind when he saw the pass to Glass and went out to cover him, and had a change of heart.
Do or do not. There is no try.
5 seconds. Bang. Done.
And the fucking cunt down with his cramp. Jaysus fucking Christ.
Thats iconic from Brian Tyers on commentary. cc @Aertel220
Mark Harte too has really become the premier co commentator for these games too - âag teacht agus ag teacht agus ag teachtâ
Headquarters did their best for st brigids all the same- two glen points give as wides, the black card rule only applied to one side, the five minutes of injury time, the advantage rule twisted
Joe mcquillan would have got them over the line though
Itâs a conspiracy I tells ya.
Not really- itâs just an anti- six county bias. Shur look at the cods some lads made of themselves during the match. The seethe was off the charts

Iâd say it cut deep to have to tweet that.
Very much a case that Slaughtneil walked so that Glen could run.
Anything from Crokes*?
As would Eunan.
Saw a tweet saying Glass is the most influential player in the country in terms of game impact.
I get recency bias and all that but there does happen to be a certain chap called David Clifford who is far more influential.
Which means theres a trainee nurse whoâs even more influential again
The kickout wasnât too bad at all, he landed it right down on his own midfielders head. The issue was that the lad who was to block off Glass failed in his job that time. Glen were far more athletic a team than Brigids so going to the open side of the field wasnât an attractive option either.
Glass didnât kick 5 wides from his last 5 kicks in an All Ireland final though.
Opinions are like arseholes. Thereâll be one along shortly to mention Clifford kicking a few wides in an All Ireland Final where he took his man to the cleaners in ![]()
Christ.
