2023 Club Championships

Some fellas warned of this but lads wouldn’t listen.

The big are getting bigger and smaller clubs are suffering even more thanks to the split season.

Why do so many Galway lads move to Dublin to play club gaa?

Surely more than any county. General lack of club interest in Galway or what? It’s hardly the trek.

Whatever happened KPMG Girl?

An organisation of the wealth and power of Krokes Kilmakud can afford to have spies everywhere.

Or a tax report filed

3 in a row in the Kildare SFC now for Naas. Given they hadn’t won one since 1990 before that it’s a slightly surprising Rosenborg situation developing there. Although with the sheer numbers and quality of set-up there, they are well placed to dominate in both codes.

Not before time you’d have to say. Was terrible agsinst Raheny.

That push from behind on the ref at the end of the Tullamore match is completely unacceptable, no matter what has gone on.

96 weeks needed for that. Prick should be ashamed tonight and deservedly so.

The galway championship is one of the strongest in the country. Id also hazard a guess loads more Mayo players have played in the Dublin championship than galway ones.

Yeah quite a bizarre dig at Galway football when you consider all Corofin have achieved and how strong Moycullen and Mountbellew-Moylough are now. 3 of the top 20 clubs in @peddlerscross nationwide rankings. Who’s moved to Dublin other than Shane Walsh?

Hand pick one goal out of one game in the championship and base your assessment of the whole county championship on it. Good man :grinning:

Although fair play to a LOI hardchaw like yourself watching the gaa club championship :+1:

Now, haven’t you got some lettuce on the window sill to be tending to?..

Cein D’Arcy is the only other active one I can think of that played county recently. He’s with Ballyboden.

Cein Darcy from Caherlistrane was playing midfield for boden today but not too many more i can think of. Fiachra breathnach may have togged for clontarf at some stage but not sure.

Before that Neil Finnegan maybe? :grinning:

Three of the top 8 Football Clubs in the country are in Galway

Is there that many up there? I can only think of Walsh and Cein Darcy with Boden. Both of whom were playing today. Maybe there’s a couple more at a lower level that I’m unaware of?
