Seems like a bad move.
At this early stage Arsenal look like theyāre about to have a car crash of a transfer window.
I think he is a good player but just misused and Chelsea. He will fit into a functioning side at Arsenal and it could see him kick on again.
Ā£70 million does seem steep for him at present.
