Happens to me when I’m loading a picture that’s too big.
I’ve been neglecting server health for the last few weeks. Need to give us a quick reboot. Hopefully no down time. If there is, expect it to be 15 minutes. Unless I messed up the SSL certificate in which case we won’t be as quick. We’ll all find out soon enough.

A long overdue upgrade is going to kick off shortly. Will be some short downtime. (10 mins).
The last time this happened we lost one of the greatest meltdowns of all time.
Was more like 38 minutes but we’re back.

Did you do the db?
No. The upgrade process tried to do it which caused the delay in getting back up and running but I am now on new app but old DB. The DB is 50GB+ and won’t fit. I’m now considering using S3 storage for uploads etc and slowly migrating to there in the background. And then just leaving raw text posts in the DB and uploading that which should be easier (much smaller).
What I’m getting from that is @iron_mike is being a cunt uploading all his gifs and its costing us storage space? Can we fly-tip a few thousand of his posts into the ether and solve the issue?

Is that not offset by all the lads deleting the fuck out of posts the last week or two because of the phantom doxxer?

His ability to upload gifs should be withdrawn until the pubs are officially open.
