A Marathon for a great cause

Does the tracker update at various checkpoints?

My advocacy is working

Yes. 10k is first one. Maybe 10 miles, 20k, half marathon, 30k, 40k, finish I think after that but not too sure.

FFS the pace is in miles/min.

How the fuck is anyone supposed to figure that out? I’m not a scientist.

You can change it on the app to metric. Once I did that I needed to restart the app and it worked

The lads were too fast

@Bandage seems to have flown through the first 10k at 4:55 pace.

@Mac with a solid 5:19 pace through the first 10km.

I’m in situ at approx the 10.5 mile point

Macs nose doing him no favours against that tail wind… It’s just glancing off bandages forehead.

@bandage hunting down that sub 3:30

@Mac deviously put a superfluous space in his name to prevent us tracking him, but I was wise to it.

@Rintintin and @Wexford1996 absolutely motoring.

Let’s fucking go lads :facepunch::facepunch::facepunch:

Says a lot about his mental state

Serious scenes here. @bandage at 14.5 miles. @Mac at 14.4 miles. With that big hooter, he can surely smell him from that close.

Bandage has eased off to a steadier pace and Mac has picked up a bit.

The stretch between 20km & half way must be tough as i notice the times go way back for everyone.

Thought that was flat enough comingbout of Crumlin maybe?

From the back of the Park to Crumlin is rotten.
