A thread to post your sandwiches/rolls/pittas/wraps, blaas and spuds. Plenty of red sauce on the burger?

Are you familiar with Two Pups in Fairview? I can’t place its location.

Carved do lovely sandwich’s if you can tolerate going down to the IFSC territory

Yes. It’s opposite Fairview Park on the small strip of shops with the Fairview Grill, Eurospar and that Computer Doctor shop. Sandwiches are lovely but its tiny and is often busy. Coffee is good apparently though i can’t tell gourmet from Maxwell House. There is a good playground right opposite in Fairview park review below) if you wanted to bring the 2 lads

Ah yes, we’re well acquainted with the lovely Fairview Park. Had never even noticed that café in all my comings & goings. I did see there appears to be a possibly newish & hipstery pub near Gaffney’s these days.

The Strand. Haven’t been in there. That pub has had 3 or different facelifts over the last number of years and none of them stuck.

That’s a cracking sandwich for 6.50.

Tried the new spot, Griolladh in the train station, it’s one of the nicest toasties I’ve had in a long time. The flavour was quality, packed with filling and they give you gravy with it.

The only downside is the price. €11 for half a sandwich feels very steep even taking the quality into account. Definitely a treat rather than something you’d grab regularly imo

@BruidheanChaorthainn can relay feedback to the lads to take on board if you’ll pardon the pun

There is effort in the making, looks tasty.

I can knock 20 percent off the price as well
