Iād estimate that in a three year period you have a circa 5% turnover in the electorate though deaths and new entries, ie. it takes circa 60 years for a 100% turnover in the electorate.
It looks to me as if pretty much everybody who voted Yes in 2015 did so again and pretty much everybody who voted No in 2015 did so again.
But that 5% turnover dropped off the No vote from 2015 and added itself to the Yes vote - and thereās your result.
