Theme from flood has dated badly
Ah I wouldnt consider that one of the tracks at all, just an intro for Birdhouse.
I love this one but I’m sure it’s not to everyone’s taste

A few tunes from Led Zeppellin’s III have been going around in my head the last week or so I just noticed this afternoon. Haven’t listened to them in years or that album specifically in even longer, must dig it out.
Other than the overplayed Since I’ve been loving you, and Immigrant Song, its a weak enough album by their standards imo. Whenever I need a Zep fix, I dig out Physical Graffiti and play it at ear shredding volume start to finish. Great as IV is, I think PG is their best.
Hard to disagree with that. I think II is my favourite but you could make a case for five of their albums. III has a unique kind of atmosphere to it that I love though.
I’d have to say Led Zep 1 is without question their finest album.
It’s shockingly good considering when it was released, but nowhere close to II, IV or PG. Houses of the Holy is the under appreciated gem, the Song remains the same, the Ocean, No Quarter and the Rain Song in particular are classics.
I saw them in the RDS when they toured with that album.
House was burgled while I was out at it which put a bit of a damper on things.
Was at that gig in the Simmonscourt too.* Sound was awful, as I recall.
- Thereby giving me an alibi in case you thought we came up from Limerick and burgled your house.

What a run of albums. One year after another, Out of Time and Automatic afterwards weren’t half bad either.
Listening to Selected Ambient Works Volume 2 here by the Aphex Twin. Super record
Master of Puppets is currently playing.
You’re missing the full stop.
Remember well when that was first released, extraordinary record alright but must be close to 20 years since I’ve listened to it.
Released in 1994. I have a limited edition mustard vinyl copy that my then wife bought me for my birthday.
Loveless by My Bloody Valentine
Outstanding
A brilliant record.
