Dela is not shy about protecting his good name in the courts.

He was a fine right back in his time.
At 6-3/6-4 he was a centre half who wanted it up in the air. Touch and athleticism were average.
I played centre mid in front of him a few times and you would not be concerned about playing it out from the back.

The underlying story is of a haugheyesque hunger for revenge and return. He & his father learned well from Charlie in the chicken and chips circuit in the 1970s

I wonder if there’ll be any revelation in the final part of the programme. There still hasn’t been anything material uncovered. I’m at a loss as to why he was forced out of the FAI.
