All Ireland Football Final 2020 Dublin v Mayo

Mrs Barnes nodding her head in agreement reading this one

@backinatracksuit won’t like this.

You are what your childrens accent says you are

Is there no depth that these twee rural simpletons aren’t prepared to plumb?

Aren’t there a hape of witchdoctors and voodoo merchants about Ballagh, get the professionals at it, typical cackhanded Mayo effort.

Paul Flynn talking about his Dublin teammates not only being good bogballers but they were also “hyper educated guys”

A remarkable bunch of men who refuse to dine out on their enviable medal haul…

Paul Flynn is a gimp. I saw him on TV during the week with a v neck jumper over a shirt and tie combo. He looked like @mac when he was head boy in the private school he attended.

Has Flynn been much use to his Club?

Flynn is a good clubman and won some sort of Junior Hurling Championship last year.

I admired the fact he walked away half way through the 5 in a row season. He could have hung around and nobody would have said a word.

Fuck all so. Thanks.

Ryan O’Donoghue won’t start.

Both teams look considerably weaker on paper than in the 2017 final. Mayo slightly more so. I think Dublin can be got at and seriously disrupted for a chunk of the game at least, but they’re likely to grind Mayo down in the last 15/20 minutes. Dublin by 5 or 6.

Parsons? Andy Moran seemed to think he had a chance of starting

My mayo bro in law is a wreck. Visibly nervous already. Mayo have named at least 5 very inexperienced lads who’ll be shitting themselves all day today and up until 5pm tomorrow. Even when the likes of O Shea and Coc are going round the dressing room tomorrow hitting lads telling them they can win they wont all believe it. Dublin have only 3 lads you could possibly say that about (and paddy small has a couple of all Ireland medals already?) and they’re surrounded by seasoned winners and warriors at this level. At some stage Dublin will win a few kickouts in a row and go on a bit of a run on the scoreboard. Just cant see Mayo being strong enough mentally or physically for Dublin for 70 mins. (@Little_Lord_Fauntleroy is gga still 70 mins?) Baile Àth Cliath abù.

It’s just weird to expect your child to support any county other than the one he or she is being brought up in, it’s the whole point of it
