Is it me or is it pretty much the same matches over and over again on these gaa gold replays. The 95,97, 09 and 2010 hurling finals are shown every few weeks.

I think TG4 have a limited number of games and Éir have the full menu
Eir are way more blatant it is pretty much the same 15 or so hurling matches they rotate between
Tipp vs Kilkenny 2002 and Offaly vs Cork 2000 are 2 matches I’d like to see again

TV Quality of that WD v Cork clash from TG4 was fucking brutal too. Terrible viewing
Offaly Cork from 2000 was a hum dinger. The last great game from a lot of those Offaly legends. I think it is still in YouTube.
I always enjoyed the Cork Waterford semi final from 2006. Different game to the 2004 match. Really tight intense game which both sides were neck and neck throughout only for Cathal Naughton’s cameo off the bench to swing it. Ken’s last gasp free to level it was stopping going over the bar by Cusack
Cork v Offaly 1999 was a better match than their 2000 meeting. Unreal match in a downpour, borderline monsoon.

I watched the last 20 minutes or so of it the other night. I was behind the Hill 16 goal at it. I always had in my mind’s eye that Johnny Pilkington pulled on a bouncing ball with his left side for a point but I couldn’t find it.

Yes
There were a couple of very exciting Limerick Cork games from the 2000s. The quarter final in 2006 which Cork shaded and the Rock tried to smuggle a fresh sliother up the field in his togs.
They had another hammer and thongs encounter in 2003 as well which Cork just shaded
Don’t think Cork played Limerick in 2003.
Cork won Munster 2003, must have been 2002 the first year of the qualifiers
