All Ireland Hurling Championship 2014

Got it in one. Instead we played a centre back with no pace who had never played full back in his life at full back and left him completely isolated and at the mercy of one of the paciest attacks of recent times.

Remote but a possibility.

Fair play to Davy, a hero and inspiration to many, Clare are lucky to have him. Those cunts who were giving him abuse last year must be fucking seething to see him on top at the moment.

A lot of bitter twisted cunts showing their colours here. Davy would chew you up and spit you out.

Davy Fitz :clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

Martin Comerford, Richie Power, Eoin Larkin, Eddie Brennan, Henry Shefflin, Aidan Fogarty. Hardly one of the fastest forward lines ever you senile old fool.

:rolleyes:

He is on about Tipp and the 2011 Munster final

I had a feeling I’d fucked up by just attacking that post and not reading the rest of the dialogue.

I stand by the senile old fool comment though.

And you would be correct in your assertion

Noel McGrath, John O’Brien and Eoin Kelly would probably reduce the speed average though.

Backtrack. That’s what you get for playing the man and not the ball.

Is there one from each county or are the two of them from one or other of the countys?

Nice idea but poor execution.

[quote=“Kinvara’s Passion, post: 911880, member: 686”]He also revealed how some Clare hurlers were taking illicit drugs before he and his backroom team weeded out the problem when Mr Fitzgerald became manager in 2011.
:pint::smiley:

do they consider anabolic steroids an illicit substance in clare now?

We’ll have to put an asterisk beside Clare’s victory last year. Drug addled bastards, according to their manager.

+1. Liam O’Neill is denying that there is any issue. Looks like we are in Pat McQuaid territory here.

Much like the tour, the last clean All Ireland is most likely the 96 hurling you’d feel, there’s no way Gary Laffan was on drugs.

On the drug issue

It is common enough knowledge that Davy moved a couple of members of the current panel into his house in Trough in the winter of 2012. One of the players involved needed an arm around the shoulder, don’t think he had a drug problem per se but aside from training with the county side he hadn’t much else going on and was spending a lot of hours online each day playing the likes of World of Warcraft or some other shit til all hours of the morning, presume he was smoking a bit of hash in the evening while doing this as well. Davy moved him into the house for a few months and got him a job as well

That cunt @Fagan ODowd will be sickened by this.

That little prick has gone up in my estimation in recent days. He’s still an attention seeking and vindictive arsehole but he has some good traits too and fair play to him for highlighting the bullying issue. I was bullied once-a “gang” I used to run with disbanded about 18 months ago and I joined a new “gang”. When I first joined, I was bullied relentlessly and people made fun of me at every turn but I shook it off and it made me stronger and now I am widely respected and probably one of the leaders of the “gang”.

Huzzah Davy Fitz!
