Gleeson you tit
Naive, Cadogan played for the free, ref was spot on.
Decent game.
Waterford ran out of gas. Cork having got into a position to win the game wilted themselves then when you thought they might push on. Draw probably a fair result, Cork will make no mistake in the replay. Game instantly famous because of that goal
Waterford left that one behind them.
Walsh a lovely lad tbf to him.
The Cork-Waterford rivalry is still alive and well anyway.
Waterford have a lot of quality, but they gassed every bit as badly as they did last year against Clare.
Double header in Thurles next Sunday, pack Semple? Ara go on…
That’d make too much sense
Draw the best possible result for Cork there. Hard not to see them win the replay - it’ll bring them on and it’s a match they badly need. Gallant effort by Waterford to dig in when Cork got within one as I thought were completely gone at that stage but they needed to win today. Rank stupidity from the Waterford forward to foul Nash late. Gleeson’s goal will be heard beaten for goal of the year. Fantastic finish off his left from an acute angle, without being able to take it into his hand. Very difficult skill to pull off under pressure.
13 wides and a missed penalty. 4 weeks in a row with a trip to London in between allied to Antrim having a free week last weekend.
But I’m not making excuses…
Waterford should get the cheque book out for Cork’s fitness trainer
Did TV show the Cork fan attack the ref?

The bone uselessness of waterfords sub forwards costs them again. Should be a double header id imagine, seemed to be a shit Waterford crowd. I’m torn between going to that if it happens and portlaoise, not often you get the opportunity to shank @Bandage and mbb in the one venue.
Fitness and conditioning has been a problem for Waterford these past few years. They wilted badly late in the 2nd half from a winning position against Cork in the 2012 quarter-final, same again last year against Clare in the Munster Championship after they had built up a good first half lead and were completely overran in extra time by a Dad’s Army Kilkenny team in the qualifiers.
As MBB says: surprise !!!
That wasn’t windy, just shite.
Credit to both of us pal…we were the real winners today as the so called experts around here all predicted a handy Cork win.
