No obviously not. 2013 was a freak year exactly because Tipp and Kilkenny were the best teams by a mile all the years around it. I donât expect you to understand this though

My opinion is a very talented team got over the line by their Coaching staff and previous work done.
Said manager took all the glory, lost the management team and then made and fuck of them so they are seen in isolation. Cork similar enough. Ran into the ground following year by confirmation bias of under qualified coaches thinking thatâs what worked.
