The shmall fella
Kieran Murphyâs antics on the side line in the Gaelic Grounds came back to bite them today
Ye need a good midget
heâll lead Cork to glory in 4 years
It didnât . What bit them today is that they have a poor defence and a weak half forward line .
We went easy on ye. And still won by 10.
Thatâs one way of looking at it I suppose
Cork havenât enjoyed an ounce of luck since Cusack and his mob led a witch hunt against a decent guy and GAA legend like Gerald McCarthy.
Coleman would be a great man to cycle down a hill with the wind on his back.
1998?
I agree with you dodgy keeper. Strike against Gerald mac set cork hurling back years. It wss disgusting really.Teddy McCarthy said at the time cork wouldnât win an all ireland for 10 years. Now 11 and counting.
Coleman runs with the hare and hunts with the hound.
The strategy was obvious, get goals and finish you off early. They got the goal eventually with help from the ref but Laois wouldnât buckle, you could see Sheedy losing the rag on the side before half time. Laois were still well in it when the ref sent Aaron, their best player, off for something innoccuous enough, a yellow would have done fine. The result was a formality after that but sure would have been nice to see how close Laois could have got with a fair crack at it.
Assuming one isnât including Galway in the equation, the last time was 2000
The problem is, for you, that you didnât
dunphy got shafted
How did it finish up scorewise? I focused on the cricket and tennis after that harsh Laois sending off. Forgot to check the final score.
Christ
Like Ireland in 1990? Thanking the fans is all it was.
Laois did far better than Clare and Waterford anyways. Youâd have to say Leinster Hurling is where itâs at at the moment.
