The trip was punished with a yellow card and a free was given.

There were about 4 fouls on Cork players in the last 5 minutes that he ignored. You would have to assume he wanted the game over asap and wasn’t interested in awarding any frees. Didn’t impact the outcome.

Not that one, that was a goal chance and advantage played, it was out the field a bit in the left half forward position

Ah - at the time Cork were looking to close the gap - a free there and momentum would have continued … instead it went down the other end and Tipp pointed — I thought he got two big free decisions wrong and they were at crucial times … Tipp would still have won you felt but as in first half, when Cork get momentum they are lethal and he effectively killed it.

Cooper was a loss - but one player shouldnt make your plan redundant … Cork looked a way off what they were last year. What was going on with their puck -outs? — have they looked to vary their game a bit more? I thought they went a bit more direct yesterday instead of their shorter running game … granted Tipp pushed up on their puck -outs but there was acres of space in the middle … but they were also very slow delivering ball in at times.

Their work rate was way off also - Tipp were walking out from the back at times… Meyler made his changes way too late again also.
