Go way out of it Cody
Cody has Kilkenny hopping in Training
Cody has P Walsh primed for this game all year.
Me neither. Shane OāDonnell will have a day like he usually does against us and be the difference between the teams. Clare by 7.
Tis asy see yourself and @locke cut from the same cloth all the same.
@Locke will not like being called a townie
Walter Walsh trotting around like a high jumper with his chest pointing to the sky.
I heard Shefflin hasnāt even given the Galway boys a sliothar all week, only go out there and bate the shite of each other. Theyāll be like ravenous dogs for the ball come Sunday
The ball will be of little relevance on Sunday.
I suppose the question is can and will Clare hit the levels they hit during the Munster championship or is it diminishing returns and will there be a flatness we saw for long parts in the Wexford game.
By the same token, can Kilkenny find a level of form which they have yet to really show in this years championship. Both teams will need to show a level of improvement from their last performance but both will have taken a good deal of confidence from their last match too as both did what they had to do when the game was there to be won.
I think Clare will be all the better for the Wexford match and I think given the athleticism in the middle third coupled with Meehan, Shan and Rodgers off the bench I think if we donāt allow Kilkenny to get a head start on us that we will get the win as I think we have more quality in the middle third than them, but Kilkenny are masters of getting early goals and fast starts. I think they will need a lead heading down the stretch to win.
2 tickets for sale for Limerick-Galway on Sunday. Cusack Upper, Section 706, middle of the pitch, view as in pic below.

@TreatyStones have you your usual seat lined up for this one?
Or will you mix it up and watch it from the couch instead of the armchair?
I often captained the Country team in Town against the Country in primary school.
The Country always had the numbers back in them days. Twas never fair.
What has happened to say the rest are catching up bar Limerick injuries?
Bar Clare, nobody has done anything.
Derek talks awful rubbish.
Itās actually a pity that this great Limerick team hasnāt had any challengers since they broke through, theyāre streets ahead, even in 2019 when they were sucker punched.
Theyāll annihilate Galway,
The other is hard to call, I felt Kilkenny were coming into form but Galway were so bad against Cork that itās hard to read much into the Leinster final,
So an all Munster AIF with a comfortable victory for Limerick,
And weāll all look to 23
Iāve had a sneaky feeling for KK in this game all year mainly due to the sub standard in Leinster meaning they can peak for Saturday.
I agree with you completely, Cork shouldāve hammered Galway and I think they have the next best group of players. Iād a good bet on Cork before that match and another one during it when they were 4 or 5 points down.
Galway are rotten at the minute. Iād say its their worst team in a generation.
The next big rivalry will be Limerick and Cork once Cork bed in their new players. Joyce is outstanding, him v Cian Lynch next year will be class.
Same here, TJ should be really coming to the boil now after an interupted early season. If he could drive these lads to an AI, Iād say he could possibly be stepping above Canning as the best of his era.
Well I presume itās because Clare drew with Limerick twice.
Although Tipp were well ahead at HT in the Munster Final in 2021, the ease at which Limerick won that game in the end suggested a massive gap. And bar that, nobody really laid a hand on Limerick in those years so the fact that Clare managed to avoid defeat in 70 minutes on two occasions suggests Limerick have come back a little bit at least (and Clare have obviously stepped up massively).
