All Ireland Hurling Final 2014- Kilkenny vTipperary

  1. Can’t wait.

Currently in Charleroi airport, just off the red-eye bus from Lux.
Flight in a couple of hours, into an old haunt when dubbalin town is hit for a breakfast and a couple of pints, then continue on to Callan.
Ticket got from the Lux GAA club and to be picked up on Sunday morning.

Roll
the
fuck
on.

I’m in the same boat. Been offered better money, major job, but have reluctant wife. I’m eaten up to the extent Im not sleeping well.

Well in @cluaindiuic! 708 for me

What’s her hold up?

Manchester girl with good job already. Near mammy.

My own fault for marrying a tan :-/

You’re goosed so Flatty.

Maybe because it is their fourth final meeting in 6 years but there seems to be an awful lack of hype and build up to this final. A good few Tipp supporters I know are still in two minds as to whether they will travel or not

Predict the attendance, please.

So you watched Marty Morrissey on the news last night too?

In all previous years in which the association football World Cup has been held in South America, a Munster team has won the All-Ireland hurling final.

Three of these four times, it was Tipperary who were that Munster team.

Same in KK. Still havent decided myself and i never miss one. Maybe after training tonite ill be in the mood, no bother with tickets if i do decide to go, fellas are already starting to panic about their own reserves

No matter what money is on offer if you get her to move under pressure you will have it dropped on your head at every opportunity when the row rises over mowing the lawn, coming home with a few on you or forgetting she was due to go somewhere at 6 while you are two hours drive away and its 5 oclock or whatever.

No one cares much who wins this outside of the two protagonists so people will be watching hoping for a good game.
normally in gaa you will have a team you would prefer to win when two sides play.
thats not the case here

FFS

I hope Tipp win, KK’s despicable food hoarding during the famine is still widley discussed to this day in Clare.
That and the fact they had 27 cricket grounds before Micheal Cusack gave them hurling makes them sufficiently loathsome to always support Tipperary
