Kilkenny by 5.
So just waiting for my brother to arrive so I can get this show on the road. I’m planning on being there for all of the Minor. Can’t fucking wait.
I expect Kilkenny to go man to man on Tipp as they have yet to find a solution to it.
Tyrrell on Corbett, JJ on Callinan has been successful in the past so it’d make sense to go that way again. There is a big question about who goes on Bonner Maher.
I’m expecting a win. I feel that Tipp will need a huge performance to beat us[which they are more than capable of]. We seem to be miles fitter, hungrier and healthier than last year. We have way more options on the bench.
One of the things that have developed on here over the years when we have All Ireland finals v Tipp has been a stupid tradition of finding a really obscure Ric Flair wrestling promo and applying it to the match at hand. So here is Ric Flair channelling Henry Shefflin after today’s game when it goes how I hope it will.

Let’s roll!
Hon Kilkenny to fuck.
Eamon Corcoran told me that Tipp were going to win today, thats enough for me.
Some man, underated outside Tipp
He said the same to me after the semi final.
+1. What’s your basis for tipping Tipp?
I’ve come around to thinking Kilkenny will win:
-
Think their backs can hold Tipp’s forwards to the extent necessary.
-
Partly because of the workrate and intensity of their own forwards. Don’t think Tipp’s backs will get platform like they did against Cork.
-
Think in C Fennelly, Reid, Larkin and Power they can do enough damage upfront, while M Fennelly will be key in curbing Tipp’s half back influence.
-
Richie Hogan has been the outstanding midfield player in Ireland this year.
-
Kilkenny won’t allow Gleeson to hit 60-yard puck outs to free men.
-
Pat Shortt’s put on English accent annoyed the shit out of me on Up For The Match earlier.
Kilkenny by 5. Colin Fennelly MOTM.
Despite what’s said, making 3 changes to a semi final team is highly unusual , Cody fears Tipp and has changed his side accordingly , huge mental advantage to Tipp
The Kk HB line is woeful , if B Maher gets going I expect the Tipp hfs to run amok
Kk have 3 key players struggling for form, B Hogan, R Power, M Fennelly
The Kk Gk situation
The Kk forwards no longer put up match winning scores, they tend to rely on TJ Reid and R Hogan neither overly dominant in the air and therefore very possible to hold
I thought Tipp had their number in 2010, then they gave the reins to an idiot. Since then you could argue those Tipp players should now be in their prime and the opposite for Kk
I think Eoin Larkin is a passenger (he’ll Prob win MOTM now)
Above any other side , Tipp can really upset Kk and they relish playing them and these Tipp players know very well what it takes to meet and beat KK in an AI final

a horrible quisling of a man
Anyone living in the Dublin area who was on the fence about going to the game I just walked through Drumcondra and there are plenty of tickets floating about. I’d expect by 3pm people will be giving them away.
If you watch the game in tblisi (whos playing by the way?) over the post match analysis you’re not really irish
Never been one for watching analysis after any game really. Watch it and make up my own mind about it
You go girl…
I couldn’t give a fuck about the game in Tblisi pal.
Weirdo
What’s the reason for so many spare tickets today lads ?
Would it be the Ireland game starting at 5 and people choosing to watch both games in the pub ?
rumours about fitness of Brian Hogan
Jaimse O’Connor is dressed immaculately again, is Rachel wearing leather trousers?
true gael Paul McGinely giving his views here, tremendous, explaining his links to the GAA and how he is using his GAA expereince in the Ryder Cup Setup, he is going for a Tipp win
Apart from the other stuff wrong with your post -Lar, Noel? And Fennelly barely back from injury with hardly any hurling done, as opposed to “struggling for form”.
Can’t believe Brennan is taller than Sheedy. Both tog out completely differently.
Shit or Bust time.
Tomás: “The neutral out there wants Tipperary to win.”
Do they fuck.
