The game had plenty of drama but atrocious defending created it. At the end of the day Clare won with 51% shooting accuracyā¦ Thatās ridiculously below the mark generally needed most days. It shows how poor Cork really were to be beat by that accuracy rate. In truth Clare were 12 points the better team but a top team would punish those wides . Cork were hopeless and wonāt get out of Munster next year.
