All Ireland Hurling Semi Final Cork v Tipp

None as we speak, have a Wedding to attend today so Iā€™ll hopefully I will be fit in the morning.

Iā€™d say Eamonn Oā€™Shea is a gas man.

Iā€™m surprised at the amount of pundits favouring Tipperary tomorrow, chaps.

Like who? If the six weeks havent overly affected Cork they should win handy enough. Cork should ate them in midfield.

Cyril, Jamesie and a few others I canā€™t recall have tipped Tipp.

Cyril loves Tipp which is a bit strange given that he was manager of Galway during the Tony Keady thing

I think Cork should win but I would be weary about backing them. While Cadogan and Walsh have been big improvements to the side I donā€™t think their backs have come on all that much and Brian Murphy was a very underrated hurler and a massive loss. McDonnell is hurling well but I remain unconvinced about Cahalane and Ellis. While they have the fire power to put up big scores they conceded 1-21, 2-18 & 0-24 to Waterford. Clare and Limerick respectively. Tipp have the firepower to match them and I think their backs* collectively are better** although Corkā€™s certainly look to have the better midfield**

  • With Cahill & Oā€™Mahoney, if Tipp start as named Cork will win

** on paper, but games are played on a pitch and not on paper

People really hate Cork mate. Even more than Tipp. That might be hard to believe, but its true. Just look at the calibre of Cork cunt we have on here as an example. Apart from yourself and Braz, the rest are an utter shower of horrible bastards.

Looking forward to witnessing the mutual respect between Cork and Tipperary people in the stands, on the sideline and on the pitch tomorrow. Two wonderful GAA counties.

The customary hat tipping would be worth the entrance fee alone.

I knew clare had finally arrived when at the league game v Tipp in Thurles tthis year, the poster formally known as David Trimble cast me a knowing glanceā€¦twas two days later i realised the significance

Was talking to a Galway player who played under Loughnane. One game he was picked, still picked in the dressing room, still picked in the tunnel and then in the pre match huddle Loughnane dropped him

Mikey Cahill will start

You were told that days ago

Seriously? Instead of who?

Donā€™t know who he will replace but was told early in the week that he would start

Barrett i would guess.

Hearing rumours all day that Curran could start too.
