Listening to the Down-Kildare game on Radio Ulster, Down being walked all over by the sound of things - only Dan Gordon has shown up.
Clare have scored more in 35 minutes than they have scored in most matches in the past probably ten years. 2.15 to 1.06 at the break. Penalty saved too.
Galway are getting swatted aside here, a hammering is on the cards here as they are getting cleaned out in midfield and there is no intensity in their defensive tackling.

Lads are tackling alright, but there defensive system has about 3-4 passengers who are back there but doing nothing. Then if someone comes thru the middle they are too far away from him to be effective. Back ally they are building their line 15-20 meters too deep.
