Very disappointing loss, was there to be won.
Things have improved but its the players have to take responsibility. The decision making of Brian O’Driscoll, Walsh and Kerrigan with shot selection was disgraceful. At least 5 or 6 very selfish glory hunting decisions.
Alot of players have improved under this management but the game management skills of the likes of Kerrigan has to improve.
Better team won, better kickers ultimately. Donegals confidence and courage when they got 1 up to push hard and push up on kickouts etc was the difference. Cork giving them short kickouts was silly. Cork lacked that little bit of guts and i think that was the difference.
Minors lost but what was good was they were a team of footballers, some very exciting players. They hot caught by a futter Donegal but thats the low hanging fruit of preperation. Delighted with their approach to the game.

He was actually well enough marshalled and Tom Clancy Clon was a huge loss, but he inly needed an inch. Performance of the year.
