Wrong.
I actually really like all the top teams at the moment. I love Kerry, Dublin & Mayo playing each other. I am completely neutral. I would like Mayo win, bit it has absolutely nothing to do with Dublin. I would just like to see the poor bastards finish the job.

Could be. But the ambiguity and utter inconsistency in its application needs to be sorted first. For every free now people just roar black card. And ref’s will give some and not others and there is fuck all logic to when it’s given. And then you have idiots like Dessie Dolan who hasn’t a clue himself.
Disagree tbh. Bit of wrestling with one clear hard swing from the Dublin lad. Two jokeshop black cards. Dubs maybe lucky to avoid one nearer the start by the letter of the law, but that would have been a joke too tbh.
Dubs do seem to be getting away with a fair few challenges in the back.

It was a loose arm more so than a full blown punch. Came nowhere near connecting. Given that the linesman was 40+ metres away it would have been a huge call to send him off without connecting.

I don’t think it was a red. However it would be hard to argue that it wasn’t a block or intentional drag down off the ball.
What do lads not get about the need for connection?

Great first half. Black cards ridiculously excessive penalty for both fouls. Keegan and Connolly were equally guilty in that incident.

Yes it does when the linesman is close to 50 metres away and seeing it in real time without the luxury of a TV replay slowed down. Would have been a very big call to make
