All-Ireland Senior Football Championship 2016 You Are What You Eat

And Fermanagh, and Armagh, and Antrim, and Down.

As Grandad used to say ‘you’re only as good as your last game’.

Laois, Limerick and Longford between them have a combined total of two provincial championships in 70 years. They’d have a few more than that if they were playing in the Ulster Championship every year.

That’s the 'Trying Too Hard" comment of the year decided right there.

A black day for GAA accumulators

It is weekends like this which I look forward to all year.

So many matches, individual match ups. Long evenings. Just wonderful.

@Nembo_Kid just embarrassing himself with sour grapes comments like that and showing a real lack of insight. That’s 8 wins now from 12 for Longford against Ulster opposition since the inception of the qualifiers in 2001. A much better effort from Monaghan this time around than the 8 point hiding Longford gave them in Clones in 2004.

Ivan Yates-esque. What price were Longford?

Monaghan were 1/12 anyway, forget what Longford were

A friend of a friend is out €1200 due to Monaghan losing tonight. :see_no_evil:

What paper is that from?

The paper of record @GeoffreyBoycott

You mean he stood to win 1200 if they won? Or he gambling 1200 to win 100? If its the latter, he’s an idiot

So he’s not down 1200 - he’s down whatever his stake was. its impossible to be down a sum of money you never had in your hand.

Putting 1/12 shots into accums is stupid anyway - asking for trouble.

FFS pal. Can’t believe we lost today’s battle of the roasters. That’ll learn me.

Jesus that was good. I’m hoping that hits ten likes within the hour

Monaghan have brought Ulster GAA into disrepute.

Just checked my copy of it there, it was Gavin Cummiskey on the qualifier previews.
