Wouldn’t be one bit surprised if Tipp got to the Munster final, Limerick have plenty of fire power and big names but their backs won’t be too hectic. Also there will be huge expectation on them this year following on from last years Munster win. The likes of Mulcahy, Begley, Allis and O’Brien will take replacing

Cronin drifted out if it a bit second glad too I thought, but had a strong first half. You’d have thought the sideline should have done something to try to bring Lehane more into the game alright.[/quote]
In fairness braz this Cork management have shot their load early too many times now to be given the benefit if the doubt. Against a far better Tipp team they completely blew it. Last year much the same. Now I did’t see the game and Cork were missing a number of excellent players but it’s no surprise to hear they couldn’t bring their better players into a game. How these lads are over a county team beggars belief.
Poor coaching, poor selection, poor development and poor strength & conditioning structures for a few years now will haunt Cork for a while. The short sightedness of the people involved is startling. I would absolve the development coache like Coleman and Kissane from this and they are probably not involved enough and/or maybe not willing to rock the boat with their employers.

What in the name of jaysus happened last night with Dublin? Was it a case of complacent? Shocking result.

Going to miss this because of a club match, will TG4 have the entire game up that night on the net perhaps?
Is this the lad that played with St Kierans last year? If he is sub #25, the starting 15 must be bloody useful.
He could well be in the middle of doing his leaving cert
Is naming 34 players not taking the piss a little?
Canice?? Would these cunts ever just fuck off?
Huh?
You do know Kilkenny means Church of Canice, right?
Is John Power Richie’s brother?
The breeding programme in Kilkenny is phenomenal.
And Mac…forget about Canice… What about Walter? Walter ffs
I don’t care what it means, any parent calling their child Canice should be looked into, Kilkenny roots or not.
Walter and / or Wally are noble names.
Hopefully Cillian Buckley and Richie Doyle come through this OK.
Buckley especially as he is just back from injury and is needed at midfield on Saturday.
Doyle we could cover for at half back but if Buckley goes, thats the top three midfielders out.
Will Carlow get within 5 points of Laois tomorrow evening?
Yes.
Yes. I heard a story that they’re waiting in the long grass.
team that played clare
E Meally, J Lyng, D Kenny, J Gannon, L Harney, R Doyle, D Glynn, G Brennan, K Kelly, O McGrath, P Walsh, C Kenny, G Aylward, W Walsh, R Reid.
Subs used: D Walsh, S Staunton, J Hayes, J Hoyne, M Brennan and maybe one or two others.
if wexford are physically strong across their half back line i would give them a real chance in this game. the clare half back line in that challenge prevented kilkenny winning any high ball which killed the supply stone dead. it will be interesting to see if wexford are up to it. the evidence of their recent performance against limerick would suggest they are not that good but who knows
Am in Kilkenny tonight and am thinking of popping along to watch this match. Is it worth going too or will it be just a training session for Kilkenny?
