Their decision making is scandalous today
Just proving a point.
Ah bubbles
Clare 2-19 Kilkenny 0-12 full time.
Form lines are all over the place, bizarre results
Bizarre me hole. Clare at home are a very difficult proposition and add one of the weakest KK squads in years to it then today is no surprise.
I don’t know how John McGrath never gets hooked
That’s how the league has been since 1a became a six team division. Aside from Cork last year pretty much every team which has shipped a beating has put in a big performance the following week. Has held through for 5 years now.
That is some save from the Waterford lad for John McGrath’s goal
That hat of McGraths is like something you would have on a three year old.
Derek McGrath will be hugely worried by that. It’s only the league, shooting wides can be sorted but the lack of drive & fight was pretty damning.
As for Tipp. Michael Ryan can be happy that the fringe players bar McCormack all justified his faith in starting them. In saying that, I think Donagh Maher is the only one really threatening making the starting 15 come championship.
Hammill & O’Brien definitely stepped up today.
One player struggling IMO is Kieran Bergin. Maybe MF isn’t his best position compared to wing back but places don’t seem to be opening up for him.

3-13 is great scoring in February
Clare-Wexford All Ireland Final. It’s written in the stars.
Bar a couple of excellent saves from Murphy Clare could have really hockey’d KK.
I haven’t seen any hurling this weekend but I was surprised and impressed by the Dublin result. I’m really unsure how their season will play out with the vast turnover of older players but they have some very good individual players. O’Donnell, Crummey and Rushe is a very solid base to build any team.
Cody needs to swallow the pride and beg John Mullhall back.
Charlie Carter would be an reasonable addition to the current forward line while he’s at it.
I doubt he’d get Charlie back at this stage but if he humbles himself enough in front of Mullhall, John might be willing to show forgiveness
