I think the issue was he had club commitments and rejected the call-ups, rather than not being good enough.

Donât think theyâre gone but the likes of Byrne and Gannon are having too much of an influence on the final forward play ⌠also the dubs seem to do anything but go for goal when the goal is on âŚhave they even scored a goal in the league yet ??

Just watching the crossbar challenge here and spotted youâd messaged me, knew it had to be important so I wanted to drop you a line. Laois are 3 up but I wouldnât get carried away with that, half time leads can be very tricky you see.
