Ladders are handy

Those who can, do.
Those who can’t, teach.

New colour was nicer i might add. What do you recommend for washing walls with water based paint? Just to clean dust, not repainting

That’s a lovely door now corkie.

One thing I suggest is a piece of wet heavy plastic on your finger if smoothing caulk. To avoid skin problems. Speaking from experience.

I like painting. it is quite chilling if done in small doses with a podcast in the background. Have 3 rooms and hall/stairs/landing done floor and ceiling over the past few months. Have to go back and do 7 doors plus one remaining room in January.

You’ll be fine @kyle. My sister bought a house recently and if she can manage some of the painting, anyone can. My auld lad, 79 last month, is in painting the skirtings and a few other bits for her.

Thanks- I know a few women who’d papers a room in a day
( I wouldn’t)
Equally I know some men who are bloody robotically insane quick decoratilors
Again I’m not,

I just use warm water and a sponge in my own gaff
Need to wipe it off immediately though,
And cover one entire wall as u go,
I use sugar soap in a kitchen environment prior to decorating,
Or a simple rub down with medium based sandpaper on all walls,
5 minute job
