Iām not sure why itās being made into such a big deal that one of the guys shot dead was a sick convicted paedo. Itās not like he was targeted for being such. He could have been a church minister or homeless volunteer or whatever, but the fact that he was a horrible cunt is being made out to be some sort of vindication and acceptance that he was killed. Unless he was in the act of raping a child, what he did or didnāt do in the past or convicted of has absolutely zero bearing on this.
Plus the only people I see here calling him a hero are the ones saying he deserved to die and that justice was served. Iāve yet to see anyone saying this is a wrong outcome call him a hero.
Iām assuming if the shooter was killed himself, the perpetrators themselves would have benefited from the self defence excuse seeing as the guy was going around parading a highly powerful weapon and clearly had intent to shoot.
To say that justice was served here and this is right is fucked up beyond comprehension. To drive inter state with a rifle like that, open fire and kill 2 people but end up getting away with it is all sorts of wrong, without bringing any bullshit left right or whatever politics into it.

Itās arguably relevant in that a bad, violent person might be more likely to behave improperly, attack Rittenhouse and force him into a genuine āself-defence type situationā.
This is a good point and it shows how fundamentally fucked the US is. Once you had a kid legally attending a riot at night carrying a huge gun the situation was irreparably fucked.
This is all correct, and fairly obvious to anyone thinking rationally and fairly.
That the trump (and trump acolyte) reactions havenāt drawn a permanent line under them ever conceivably running for any public office again is an indictment of how America has slid back towards the rule of law of the wild west.
