Some gig in Cork last summer .
are you heading? A few friends heading but think I’ll give it a miss
Yeah, a few mates heading down and I’ve agreed to join them. A bit heavy for my liking but I won’t be long getting into the swing of it. Should be good.

I really really like Opeths walk on music.

Savage, did a bit of stage diving and all. Good laugh in a crowd where mid 30s would be young.
The band were well up for it because they had wind of some rumour that they had cancelled a gig in Limerick before, they seemed like really good blokes, all peace and love.
The music isn’t something I’d listen to normally.
If Opeth tickets are still available in the morning, I’m picking a few up.

The reason they cancelled a gig in Limerick before was because the venue - The Theatre Royal - that they were booked to play didn’t have a roof after a fire there. That was back around 1990
King Goat - Conduit
Unsigned prog-doom band from Brighton, or at least they were when they recorded the album. Fucking hell, this is good!
