Survivor of Buncrana crash told of eight deaths
The sole survivor of the Donegal road tragedy has been told the news of the death of his friends, it emerged today.
Eight men died in the two-car collision which happened on the Buncrana to Clonmany Road earlier this month.
Shaun Kelly, 22, the driver of one of the cars, was told the news after he woke up from a medically induced coma at Letterkenny General Hospital.
He has since been sent to a Dublin hospital where he is receiving specialist treatment.
