Are you all set for The Christmas

I’d rather be in Chernobyl

Christmas is saved in the Balbec household.

They couldn’t give that piss away I’d say.

I asked a craft brewer why very few craft beers are lagers/pilsners. He told me any idiot could make an IPA but making a lager/Pilsner is quite a technical skill.

What about stout? A craft stout beats all… I do love a good dark beer.

Not sure. I didn’t ask him that but I’ve never tasted a craft stout other than Oyster Stout that was a patch on Guinness.

I’ll break all your fingers you cunt

The thing with IPAs is you can do a lot with them… Just look at all the different types and flavours. Which is great for the consumer.

maybe so, but id stay on the pitch and not bitch about a broken fingernail for the next 22 years

Bottom fermentation.

We’d be zen about that nowadays

Stout is very easy to make. Pilsners are much more temperature sensitive in the fermentation process.

Christmas Night: a low of 5’ with 25% chance of rain
Stephens Morning: periods of rain but not very windy 80% chance of rain a high of 8’

rain coat a bonus for legging from the car to the bar

Pilsners are tough, a little bit out here or there and they get a tang. IPA’s are very forgiving because they just taste like Hops regardless
