My missus is suggesting a trip to the cinema to watch Avatar 2 this week. Best of luck with that!
Our crowd never recovered from the Covid lockdown.
Between that, pubs closing and lads getting old it’s hard to see it reviving any time soon.
A great pity really, we had some heady days.
There was a nice little mini-doc on the radio today on the subject of wrenboys particularly in the Mountcollins area. There was a lady on who vehemently objected to the practise - citing drink, debauchery and whatnot. A real hatchet God bless her.

Fact. My missus has us booked for what seems like 17 social engagements this week with all the same people in attendance just rotating houses… Nothing left to say to these people. Being force-fed twice a day at this stage… She tells me there oh Mary John and their 17 kids are calling in the morning at 10 for a few hours it will be lovely to see them… Like fuuuuuuuuuck it will
