She’s obviously been dropping hints for months about whatever it is she expects you to buy.
She’s on to a real winner: either she gets it and you get fuck all, or she gets it and more after Christmas- with the added bonus that she can tell everyone how badly she’s treated.

There’s nothing wrong with spoiling the one you love… if she’s as amazing as Mike says, then she deserves a little treat… I wont be able to eat my dinner in peace tomorrow knowing this poor woman received nothing for christmas.
