I was only ball hopping balbec.
It’s unreal. It’s salted sheep’s milk and has a wonderful smoked flavour… it doesnt have to be eaten hot but its lovely fresh off the heat.

How is Bialystok regarded in Poland?
Met a lot of their supporters last night in a bar. They were a good bunch.
A bit conservative. Stayed there for a couple of nights a few years ago. Not a bad town. You can go to visit Bialowieza forest to see the bisons from there. Or the wolf’s lair.
