Looks great. I have two large batches of lime pickle made for over a month now. Taste is great but the limes are pickling very slowly, still almost fresh, nowhere near ready to eat. Shouldnât take so long. I think itâs because theyâre not getting enough sunlight even though I have them on a sunny window ledge.
