Looks great. I have two large batches of lime pickle made for over a month now. Taste is great but the limes are pickling very slowly, still almost fresh, nowhere near ready to eat. Shouldn’t take so long. I think it’s because they’re not getting enough sunlight even though I have them on a sunny window ledge.
