i shouldnt bight to what is such an obvious WUM but what “sport” do you play- dont say that catholic church ridden agriball bullshit because that aint a sport fucko- i actually played it to a extremly high standard & never once did i consider anything but a quaint rural pastime

Well i played a higher “level” of “Association Football” than i ever played gaelic football (supposedly) and going by general standards of fitness, application, coaching, support and media coverage i would compare MSL, LSL, Intermediate Cup etc with junior A football. There or thereabouts anyway. But i’m talking about Cork club football, so it may vary from county to county.

The fact that you call it an “extremely high standard” shows you know where its at.

Mind you, playing Sigerson in Maynooth in the 90’s is about the same standard as Junior A in Cork nowadays.

Ya preds aren’t as comfortable as some others, i used to have lovely SPL Puma kings, they were sweet. But i bought preds once and i got used to them, i take frees, corners and all that lark in soccer and GAA, and i found when i went to another boot i struggled to change over, so i went back to preds.

Might try Puma again though, and just take the pain for a couple of games/trainings.

ive a pair of the v1.10 puma speedcat serious boot, unreal light. noticed a huge shift towards puma in the dressing room of late. not near as many preds too expensive even online

btw a game of fifa is a higher standard of sport than a all ireland final

Well on that, to any of the lads who actually play a sport on here, stay away from the new preds. Breaking down the middle all over the place, unable to take astandard calf stretch by all accounts. Glad i heard it as i’ve always worn them, and the new ones loked an improvement fit and weight wise.
