Whats with the red on the trims?
And we havent even got to the state of them in the photo
West Ham got inside their heads so much on Sunday they’ve decided to play in a West Ham away kit next season.
That trim reminds me of an away jersey they had in the late 80’s. 88/89.
Go back through their history they had red and black jerseys. A certain Man City fan from Manchester who lives in Wexford town once told me for the first five years of his life he supported United. Then City played out the cup final in 69 in red and black against Leicester and he supported them because of that

Very Connolly’s circa early to mid 90s. The sort of kit you could imagine a Galway hurling team wearing in a fairly meek 5-6 point semi-final defeat to Offaly/Clare/Wexford.
