Association Football Kits

Always preferred adidas kits over all others, tried to persuade Rocko to go with adidas for this season’t TFK kit but was overruled.

Arsenal’s new one is nice but hardly any change from this season’s one.

I understand the final design for TFK’s new kit will be unveiled today also, expecting a ritzy launch.

A very hasty photoshoot took place at lunchtime, BT. Rocko was annoyed that sponsors demanded a couple of players to be present on a match day.

I like it.

If I like the outfield jersies as much, it was worth the 3 months wait for the kits to arrive.

Untill Adidas can produce a softer green they won’t be considered for TFK merchandise. Their green is closer to the green on the original Puma kit than the pine green effort (aka DART green) that Nike produce.

Oh I do hope so Farmer. I think the biggest change will be to the shorts and socks - changing from white to green. For those who are asking on the order of the stripes on the home jersey please note that the sleeves and inner stripe are green with the outer strips being white.

Once the huns went crazy with their stars they lost their appeal to me. I’ll be writing to our league administrators asking for the inclusion of a small shield (or “scudetto” if you like) for the current champions. It’s more dignified than peppering the shirt with stars.

I like that varsity maize and midnight navy on the keeper’s jersey. Probably my two favourite colours.

This stopped being funny quite some time ago. I got my Claddagh on my 16th birthday and despite protestations from plenty of people close to me, I like it and I’m gonna continue to wear it. That is all.
