My father got himself and me and my sister (then aged 9 and 11) into the 91 final on two Hogan Stand tickets. We used to be a proper country.

I’d say I was 16 before I ever attended a match with a ticket or paid in
I never paid into Gaelic Grounds until I was an adult. There was a bit of consternation for the 1996 Munster final we fucked away (drawn game) but I eventually ended up in the wheelchair section (stuck behind a few wheelchairs - couldn’t get out until it was full time).
I was at three all Ireland finals without a ticket

I’d say I was lifted over the style for very many All Irelands up to the mid 70s but that was the end of it and we used to go to the terrace after that. I suppose aged 20 was a bit old to be sitting on my fathers knee.
