Championship running is a step up. No pacemakers. Little time to recover.
I liked she took the lead. Good sign of her mentality. She had a go and just didn’t have it.

Didn’t realise the Poles were so good at running
We were trained by a polish lad in the 80s. When he saw us first he called us disabled and we were supposed to be high performance group.
