Greyhounds are grand - but you’ve to be very careful with them around the small cunting fluffy breeds and animals, they’re still stone cold killers at the back of it when they see a small animal
Have you ever come across Brittanys?
All spaniels are like that - leave a King Charles in the shed or utility room for 3 or 4 hours and he will be berserk ball of energy when you open the door.
Springers are especially stone mad though. Huge energy

if I ever have a bit of land, i’ll get a couple of chesapeake terriers. Now that is a fucking dog

Lovely dog alright. Probably the best all rounder of the spaniels.
Fella at work ex Polish military has a Belgian Malinois, has to run the Dog 10k every day or it will go buck ape, an elite dog but require full training and attention.

We’ve a Springer at the family home now and she’s the loveliest dog we ever had. She’s a bit of an odd personality for a dog, no interest in other dogs, but incredibly gentle and well behaved.
