I see irish tradesmen here in London, who “wouldn’t get out of bed for less than £1,000 a week”, they take Mondays off to go drinking, gamble like fuck and go on every stag and weekend away that they can go on…it’s amazing, these guys saw the good times and bad times back home and most are in the 30 plus age bracket and still can’t see the wood from the trees
These are the thick cunts I referred to in an earlier post. Fucking braindeads hope these sort of cunts never come back home absolutely no loss to society.
That’s a very ignorant un empathetic view Mr. Perfect.
Our “society” is what breeds a lot if this. I know many well heeled and upper class and “successful” who waste money just as badly, and often worse and with families.
This shite you hear from cunts at home saying the best stayed in Ireland is the most pompous ignorant waffle I ever heard. You just got lucky with the career you choose and the age you were at and stage of your life.
It’s this kind of “I’m better than him cod I do this job” that our “society” could do you without, you arrogant cunt.
@Young Ned of the Hill - suggestions for a family of three (11 yr old boy) to do in Brisbane for a few days in January? Attending a family related event and thought we’d take a few days extra to sample the delights of the northern capital. Places to go, eateries, decent establishments selling craft beer, fixie hire, activities? Thanks pal.
Ipswich is a good spot fitzy.
My brother is currently home from Perth Kev. Says he got a Cork lad to lay a big decking set-up for him. Says the hoor overcharged him by a stack.
Victoria area, not you by any chance…
Thanks Kev, what to do there?
dont go to Ipswich, there is a zoo there and a railway museum but its not nice
Is it just Bris Vegas as im sure your kid would love dreamworld, wet n wild etc
Apart from that down Southbank you would have the museum, beach, art galleries etc
for food , you cant go far wrong with the brekky creek hotel, amazing steaks & decent beers.
take the city cat too and see brisbane from the river
the sunshine coast isnt too far away, & Steve Irwins zoo is on the way there

Did he not get the price at the start? More than likely your brother added unquoted for stuff on. Always happens with decks.
What did it cost per square meter?
Bring the wife and she’ll clean out Dunnes and Pennys for you. Stuff way too dear over there.

This should be the fucking tradesmans fucking motto… “ah you want the quite obvious thing done that should have been obvious to everyone that it was going to need to be done, but we didn’t mention it because it was so obvious, that is going to cost you”.
For instance, how the fuck much is the decking going to cost?
chippy, 4000 aussie dollars
you fucking said 800
chippy, ya, but I didn’t know you’d be wanting nails and wood.
Robbing cunts

Thanks pal, @Mac there are expectatons on this forum and its your duty to learn from this man.
We’ve done the gold coast a couple of times before, so I’m strongly against driving down there to spend another day carrying everyone’s stuff around the place while they have fun. Southbank sounds good.
Made the mistake of mentioning this to my boss and he’s now insisting we go to his place for dinner to “meet each others families”. The horror.
