There’s a video of the crash on twitter and the plane was actually flying away from the helicopter, I expected they must have collided going in opposite direction. Helicopter appeared to fly up its arse or into the side as they went same general forward direction, very poor stuff if it’s pilot error and not engine trouble.
@Funtime please provide your insight here
I think that’s how most light aircraft pilots operate in Ireland too. Obviously much less to hit in our air though
I’d say the US lose more soldiers in accidents and friendly fire than in combat. An F35 dropped out of the sky in Alaska yesterday (but the pilot ejected).
Unfortunate events that precede disasters.
Perhaps he’s playing a character who’s actually bringing fascism down from the inside as a giant trolling exercise and he’s actually trying to cause a load of plane crashes to get people not to fly in an attempt to save the climate. But I doubt it somehow.
Looks deliberate.
They’re targetting the lawmakers!
And the figure skaters
THE PILOT WAS A DEI HIRE
The internet is full of lunatics
Is it possible the pilot was searching in the sun for another overload?
Based on my research (I did my own) & analysis, this appears to be the aviation equivalent of those occasions when you’re walking down the street & someone is walking towards you. Just as you move over to the side to pass without incident, they move over too. Then you move back to the other side &, oh my goodness, they’ve also done the same thing & you end up practically bumping into each other by accident. Now naturally enough, I’ll bow to @Funtime ’s expertise if his findings prove a sinister element.
The difference is that in the air you can go up and down also.
This is the normal way to avoid mid-air-collisions.
What if both aircraft go down? Or both go up?
I suppose both went down and both went up, if you know what I mean.
BACK AND TO THE LEFT.
BACK AND TO THE LEFT.
BACK AND TO THE LEFT.
With expertise like this you can see why Trump hired this guy.
The Black Hawk goes down obviously.
Sorry about that one.
This is the see-and-avoid code for aircraft.
Did they meet head on?
Looks like the chopper came up from behind in a Liam Dunne style flake
